You can send us files at any time.

Either now or when your order has been placed, via any of the following methods.

Upload direct to us via the following options: -

1.Upload files here direct to our server

2.You can can simply email the file(s) to us if small enough (up to 5mb) to: sales@monkey-print.com

3. Larger files can also be sent free of charge via mailbigfile.com: 

Please note payment is not required or requested until your order has been recieved and your files have been verified as print quality. Rest assured we will contact you if we feel in any way that your print file is incorrect or of poor resolution before we print and despatch.

Files will need to be of suitable resolution (300 to 600 dpi (dots per inch)). It is possible to reduce your file size by saving your artwork as a smaller image - an A3 image @ 600dpi will usually be suitable to increase to A1 and even A0.

Rest assured we will not print a file which is not suitable or unsure if the finished product will be acceptable to you .
